This multipurpose bridge accommodates both rail and road traffic, operating at a speed of 120 km/h. The project includes a sub-grade foundation of 132.311 km, which accounts for 78% of the entire route. The rail link passes through densely populated areas where the sub-grade lacks adequate natural grading conditions.
