Project: Qinghai - Tibet Railway Phase #31


The Qinghai-Tibet Railway is the world’s highest and longest railway on plateau. The railway represents a significant advancement in infrastructure, aimed at enhancing accessibly and fostering economic growth in the region. The Ministry of Railways claimed to construct a railway of high standards and quality while mitigate environmental impact of the Tibetan Plateau. 
The project features a 799-meter-long reinforced soil wall, used on both sides of Tuanjie Road in Duilongdeqing County, Lhasa, with the railway subgrade's fill height between 6 to 10 meters.
